Water the most essential nutrient

The body loses an average of one to three quarts of fluids a day through excretion, respriation , chemical reactions and perspiration. An estimated 60 percent of your bodyweight is water . Water helps to maintain body temperature and is   Responsible for more than 50 percent of all chemical reactions occurring in your body. It also causes the movement of nutrients , the digestion and absorbtion process, blood circulation, and the excretion of waste.

We may never find the fountain of youth , but many methods do exist that prolong the robust health of our younger days. Based on my personal 50 yrs, I know that living the fitness life nutritionally ,physically and mentally helps to retard the ageing process.

Training again

Hi to all

As you may realise (if you checked my website) I am not a young person and recently with all the recent long distance riding, it took a toll on my knees. I had to stop the riding, however I am happy to announce that with treatment my knees have greatly improved and I have begun body building training again. 
I hope to gain at least 5lbs by my birthday.

The Fitness Industry Scam

In 2008 , I was invited by the then Minister of Sport, Minster Gary Hunt to come and receive trophies for my years in the sport of body building.  I was also interviewed  and was glad for the opportunity to share my thoughts on the Fitness Industry. I was concerned that many so-called fitness trainers were propping up all over and some were not qualified in their field. Because of this, many of their clients suffered injuries.
